Blue Duck Scooters is the Newest Company to Contract Goodwill San Antonio’s Business Services

(San Antonio, Texas, July 29, 2019) — Goodwill San Antonio is expanding their Business Services outsourced solutions to local e-scooter provider, Blue Duck, as they expand their service area. Goodwill will be providing contact center services to Blue Duck as part of their around the clock customer engagement strategy.

Goodwill currently handles more than 720,000 calls annually for various clients, and is proud of the team member training and engagement that puts under-employed communities to work. With contact through voice, e-chat, and other social media avenues, Goodwill has a full array of services with a focus on team member engagement, resulting in high retention and customer satisfaction, by industry standards.
